Come and Sing - Carols and Hallelujah

An informal sing-along of favourite carols from home and abroad for choir and audience, including probably the most famous oratorio chorus of them all, the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's Messiah. The BBC, led by BBC Radio 3 and English National Opera (ENO) in this the 250th anniversary year of Handel's death, has a nationwide project SING HALLELUJAH to encourage people to find their voice and discover the joy of singing through singing the Hallelujah Chorus. Everyone from beginners to established choirs is invited to learn the Hallelujah Chorus and to perform the work during November and December.
There is no charge on the door but there will be a retiring collection for Daisy's Dream, a local-based charity helping bereaved children and their families, and Chorus funds.
